Congratulations on your engagement! If big expensive weddings are not your thing and you are looking for an intimate ceremony for just you and your future spouse or want to celebrate with a few family members, the Cornwall Inn may be the perfect place for you.

Get Away Wedding Weekend

Escape with your loved one to the beautiful countryside of Litchfield Hills, CT for your special week-end. Our wedding package ($850) includes:

  • Two night stay at the Cornwall Inn & Restaurant in a cozy room with queen bed, private bath, cable tv and telephone
  • Champagne or wine and sweet treats in your room upon arrival
  • License information and directions to town hall to obtain marriage license
  • Ceremony personalized and officiated by Justice of the Peace, Mark Hampson,  at one of the following sites: Cornwall Inn ~ Kent Falls ~ Covered Bridge
  • Early Check-in for the special couple to prepare for the ceremony (based on room availability)
  • Breakfast a hearty continental breakfast including fresh fruit, homemade baked goods, boiled eggs, homemade granola, cereal, coffee and juice
  • All taxes and gratuities

Mid-week Elopement Package

Escape with your loved one to the beautiful countryside of Litchfield Hills, Ct for your special day. Our mid-week elopement package ($630) are available Monday through Thursday (excluding holiday weekends) and includes:

  • One night stay at the Cornwall Inn & Restaurant in a cozy room with queen bed, private bath, cable tv and telephone

  • License information and directions to town hall to obtain marriage license

Cornwall in September

A girl friend qnd I stayed in the periwinkle room which has two full size beds. The breakfast was lovely and more than we usually eat. There was homemade bread each day, hard boiled eggs, amazing homemade granola and plenty of fruit and yogurt. Mark gave us great suggestions for day trips in the area. We enjoyed the hike around Kent Falls especially, and local restaurants. The room was clean and the beds comfy. In the last week of September the leaves were just beginning to turn, a treat for this Texan nonetheless. We would stay again with our husbands.

A wonderful country Inn with all the comforts of home

The Cornwall Inn has become my home away from home. Recently sold my house in Litchfield and presently in the market searching for my forever home, while doing so I enjoy my stay at the Inn. The accommodations are clean, very comfortable and the Inn keepers, Stacey and Mark are hospitable hosts that provide excellent customer satisfaction.
